I completely agree. The whole idea was not to cancel the freelancing option if you have children. However, if a situation for example involves you with a six-figure income, and quitting that job to freelance would risk your children’s education or health standard, then it would be wiser to settle your mind on freelancing, start planning, and execute in a few months.
It goes without saying that freelancing has a risk, hence, any person with responsibilities, has to evaluate and plan even more than regular people with less responsibility.
However, at the end of the day, it highly depends on the person and the situation.
