I agree with you on almost everything you said. Yes, they could be burning like crazy, but they can do that anyway to compete. The money wouldn’t be the problem at this stage, it will come with time as you mentioned.

Whether they last till 2032 or not, is what I am very interested in witnessing in the upcoming years. A person might look like they are losing a chess game only to excel through either a very smart move, or a mistake from the opponent.

They are late on EVs compared to Tesla of course, but there are other technologies in play here that could make the 10 years that Tesla had to advance in the EV world, far less for others. What Tesla did in 10, Ford, or any new competitor, might do in 5 due to some new technological breakthrough.

I honestly couldn’t care less whether Ford or Tesla survives. I am all supporting the EV industry of course, but companies are players that we, as an audience, should enjoy watching.
